This policy describes what Lifestyle stores, where it is kept, and what is never sent anywhere. In short: no trackers, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, and we do not sell your data.
Lifestyle does not sell, rent or share your personal data, and it contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. The app stores what you create on your device. If a future version offers an account, syncing is something you turn on; nothing is sent to us before that.
The app stores the following data locally on your device: tasks and calendar events you create, habit definitions and completion history, menstrual cycle dates and predictions, and app preferences such as theme and language. This data is not transmitted to us or to any third party. It is included in your device's own backup — on iOS, your iCloud — which happens automatically. If a future version offers an account, syncing is something you turn on; nothing syncs before that.
Cycle tracking and period data are classified as sensitive health information. This data is stored in your device's local storage and is included in your device's own iCloud backup, under your Apple ID, like the rest of the app's data. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and it does not sync to an account. Lifestyle does not integrate with Apple Health, Google Fit, or any other health platform.
Lifestyle may request permission to send local push notifications for reminders. These notifications are generated entirely on your device — no notification data is sent to or processed by any external server.
Lifestyle does not use any third-party analytics services (such as Firebase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude), advertising networks, crash reporting tools that transmit data externally, or social login providers. There are no SDKs embedded in the app that collect usage data.
Lifestyle is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the app contains no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking SDKs. Anything you create is stored on your device and is included in your own iCloud backup.
We may update this privacy policy occasionally. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
